Dismantling Joints

The Dismantling Joints are double flanged fittings that accommodate up to longitudinal adjustment and can be locked at the required length with the tie bars supplied. It is a new product that is connected to the pipe, valve, and other equipment and pipelines. It connects them through full bolts to make it a whole, and there is a certain displacement so that it can be adjusted according to the site installation specifications  this allows for fast, easy maintenance of valves, pumps, or meters, it simplifies future pipework modifications and reduces downtime

Dismantling Joints Carbon Steel VS Dismantling Joints Stainless Steel

1. Flange Drilling Standard (Similarity):

Both flange drilling standard of dismantling joints carbon steel and stainless steel are EN 1092, DIN, ANSI, etc.

2. Pressure (Similarity):

Both pressure of dismantling joints carbon steel and dismantling joints stainless steel  are Class125/150, PN10/16, JIS 10K/16K

3. Range of Applications (Similarity):

Size: DN50-DN4000

Material : ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12,, ASTM A36, 304/304L, 316/316L.

4. Installation (Similarity):

The expansion joint installation adjusts the installation length between the two ends of the product and the flange, and tightens the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to make it into a whole with a certain amount of displacement, and then adjust it according to the site size.

Dismantling Joints FAQs

Q 1. What is the Function for Dismantling Joints?

Dismantling joints perform an important role in the design and implementation of pipelines including pumps, valves, and meters. They provide easy installation and disassembly of valves, pumps and pipe sections. Besides, dismantling joints compensate for axial displacement of the pipe during installation and dismantling.

Q 2. Where Are Dismantling Joints Used?

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, Water treatment and distribution systems, Mining industry, Chemical and petrochemical plants, oil and gas processes
