Alloy Pipes

Alloy steel pipe is contented alloy elements in general carbon steel pipe, they are added to increase strength, machinability, hardness, wear resistance and toughness. Seamless alloy steel pipes, especially the pipe with standard ASTM A213、A335, are widely used in boilers, heat exchangers, high pressure devices, superheaters, and reheaters. Due to seamless alloy steel tube hardness and mechanical properties, they are suitable for high temperature and high pressure circumstances.

Application of Alloy Pipes

Application: Alloy Steel Tubes (Pipes) are High-pressure Boiler Tubes, which are mainly applied on Super Heaters, Re-heaters, Water Walls, Economizers of the Super Critical and Ultra Super Critical Boilers.

Alloy Pipes FAQs

Q 1. How To Make It?
A.

pipes shall be made in the seamless process and shall be hot-finished or cold-drawn with the finishing treatment.

Q 2. How To Chose Alloy Pipe?
A.

Alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service. Pipe ordered to this specification shall be suitable for bending, flanging, similar forming operations and fusion welding. Selection should depend upon pipeline system design, service conditions, mechanical properties, and high-temperature characteristics.
